Seed and microbe
-On the surface of all seeds, there are
microorganisms, and when the seed with the
microorganism is planted, it may have the
interference of growth or other disease
to have problem in growing the crops. That
is the reason for the seed sterilization.
Root and microbe
-The seed is germinated to have the root
to grow into the soil or above the soil
to have numerous microorganisms around the
root. Because of the nutrition from the
root, the root surface (near to the surface)
has particularly much number of microorganisms.
Some of the microorganism penetrates to
the root and cause an illness. In particular,
the illness may occur more when the root
has damages. However, On the surface of
the root, it has anti-fungal stains that
may defeat the pathogenic bacteria, and
with the higher density of the anti-fungal
stains, it may control the diseases even
if there are pathogenic bacteria present.
Leaf and microbe
-On the leaves and stem of crop, there is
a group of microorganism called leaf microorganism,
and most of them are bred from the seeds
of the microorganism. The persistent problem
in growing crop is the fungus disease on
the leaf, and this is the phenomenon that
arises by the spore of fungus attached on
the leaves to penetrate and breed into the
leaf when the temperature and humidity become
proper.
Fruit and Microbe
-On the surface of the fruit, the microorganisms
are there, and with the particular danger
of losing the damages by the microorganism
for high sugar contents in grape, strawberry
and others,. When the temperature and humidity
are high before harvesting, the agriculture
chemical is frequently sprayed to kill the
